Find Your Listing

Search for your business name on Find My Range. In most cases, we've already built a basic listing for you using publicly available data — your name, address, phone, and category.

Go to findmyrange.ai/search
Type your business name in the search bar
Click "Claim This Business" on your listing
If you don't see your business, click "Suggest My Business" to add it

"What if my listing has wrong info?"

Once you claim and verify your listing, you have full control to edit every field — address, hours, photos, description, and more.

Verify Your Business

Our verification process confirms you are the legitimate owner or authorized representative of the business. This protects both you and consumers on the platform.

Submit your name and contact information
Choose your verification method (FFL, state registration, guide license, EIN)
Upload a clear photo of your credential document
Upload a government-issued ID matching your business registration
Accept the platform terms and submit

"Why do you need my FFL or EIN?"

We verify every business to protect consumers and maintain platform integrity. Your sensitive information is encrypted and never displayed publicly — only the last 4 digits are stored after verification.

Build Your Profile

Your profile is your storefront on Find My Range. The more complete it is, the higher you rank in local search results and the more credibility you have with potential customers.

Add your business photos (cover photo + gallery)
Write your business description and tagline
Set your operating hours
Add your website, phone, email, and social links
For ranges: add lane count, distances, range types
For outfitters: add species, states, pricing, and lodge info
For gun shops: add calibers in stock, FFL transfer fees

"I don't have professional photos."

Any clear photos work — even smartphone photos. A listing with 3 real photos dramatically outperforms a listing with none. You can always add better photos later.

Start Getting Found

Once approved, your listing goes live in search results immediately. Consumers searching for businesses like yours — by location, category, or keyword — will see your listing.

Your listing appears in map and list search results
Consumers can click for directions, call, or visit your website
Reviews start coming in from verified customers
Upgrade to Professional or above for featured placement
